Recently our home in Desert Summit was sold after a relatively short time on the market – much to the credit of our Realtor, Robyn Webb.  As a licensed real estate agent myself in Arizona for over 20 years, I have a good idea of what I believe make up the elements of a professional real estate agent.  As we are all aware there are many agents out there – friends, neighbors, relatives – and all of these may do a good job.  I was looking for someone who would do a GREAT job.  I wanted a Realtor who would put every marketing tool that related to our home to use.  We also felt very strongly that if we could discover all of these components in a neighborhood specialist we would have our agent.  And we did.  Robyn knows that as a professional there is a lot at stake in representing her community.  She is aware of the community and exceeding your expectations is the job she must do and she does this well.  Anyone wondering why I didn’t sell our home myself, let me just say that for me it is far better to turn our home over to such a capable person who had the ability to have perspective and could handle the delicate balancing act as it relates to personal property.
