Founded in 2004 by Robyn and Matt Webb, WEBB1REALTY is a full-service real estate company. 

Robyn Webb has spent most of her adult life in the real estate, mortgage and property management business. Robyn’s parents own and operate a real estate brokerage and property management firm in Northern California. Robyn helped run that business for many years, and in 2004, Robyn and her husband, Matt, decided to open their own real estate and mortgage company in Southern California, with a branch in Arizona.

Robyn has a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish from UC Irvine, and an MBA with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Southern California. Robyn is a member of the National Association of Short Sale Professionals, and is a Certified Distress Property Expert (CDPE). Robyn is also a licensed Broker in the state of California (license #01705948).

KCEO AM 1000 (the nation’s premier financial talk format radio station) has featured Robyn as a regular guest speaker for her industry expertise in the distress homeowner market.

Matt Webb comes from a family of entrepreneurs that began with his grandparents in the real estate development and investment business to his mother who owned and operated her own real estate business for more than 20 years. Matt began his own professional background in accounting as a CPA with KPMG focusing on commercial banking, real estate and mortgage banking enterprises. For the past 5 ½ years Matt has worked with his wife Robyn at the mortgage and real estate company they started after meeting in graduate school.

Matt has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Montana, and an MBA with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Southern California. Matt is also a licensed Broker in the state of California (license #01426172).
