Matt Webb is President and co-founder of WEBB1CAPITAL, INC. Matt began his professional career in 1994 as a CPA working for KPMG in the Financial Services Group specializing in Real Estate and Mortgage Banking. During his tenure with KPMG he was fortunate enough to work on many relevant engagements during the start-up phases of Ditech.com and Unicor Funding which planted the early seed for starting his own mortgage company. After leaving KPMG, Matt spent over 5 years working for a client company, Western Digital Corporation (NYSE: WDC). While at WDC he worked in a variety of roles, beginning as a financial analyst for the sales department, which evolved into the position of sales controller for the Americas. This position led to his final role with the company where he was responsible for Worldwide Business Planning and Sales Forecasting. While working full time for Western Digital, he also completed his MBA in Marketing at the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business in 2003. Along with being a CPA and MBA, Matt is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in California.
